About The Role Are you passionate about technology and ready to turn that passion into a rewarding career?

If you're eager to learn, enjoy solving problems, and want to gain hands-on experience in a professional IT environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This role provides hands‑on experience across a hybrid IT environment, including Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and infrastructure support.

The apprentice will work closely with experienced IT staff to develop technical skills and support business IT operations.

This position is integral to maintaining operational efficiency and supporting end users across the business.

Training to be provided: Level 3 IT Support Technician Apprenticeship Standard.

You will complete a 22-month apprenticeship which includes 25 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham.

You will be supported every 6-8 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning
