Support Assistant – Make a Real Difference Every Day

Bring your genuine, friendly nature to a role where you’ll help students grow in confidence, self-belief, and motivation. As a Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with our team to identify learners who may benefit from extra one-to-one support — and you’ll be the person who helps them shine.

This is an enjoyable, highly rewarding position where you’ll be part of a small, supportive team assisting our fantastic Teachers in the classroom. Together, you’ll deliver outstanding lessons that leave a lasting impact. We work in teams of 3 or 4, delivering our innovative, multi-award-winning programmes directly in schools. Our sessions are designed to inspire, motivate, and create a positive learning environment — and above all… WE MAKE THE LESSONS FUN!
