Working as a team of three alongside our exceptional curriculum delivery experts, you’ll help create positive learning experiences for students from Primary through to GCSE. For 25 years, we’ve supported over 250,000 learners nationwide, helping them achieve the results they deserve — and now you can be part of that impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building rapport and boosting learner confidence
  • Keeping students engaged, motivated, and on task
  • Supporting classroom delivery and behaviour management
  • Working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
  • Creating a positive, energetic learning environment

What You’ll Need

  • Essential:
  • Professionalism and excellent timekeeping
  • A proactive, can-do attitude
  • Strong people skills and confidence supporting learners
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries
  • Commitment to ongoing training and development
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service
  • Preferred:
  • Experience in education or training (not essential — we provide training)
  • Full UK driving licence (advantageous)
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills

We work nationally, so the ability to travel up to an hour — or stay overnight when needed — is a bonus.
