Successful applicants will need to undertake an enhanced Disclosure Baring Service check (DBS) where appropriate. We are looking to recruit a HR Co-Oridinator position based at our Head office in Coventry on a full time basis. Key Responsibilities: HR Administration: Manage and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR. Prepare and issue HR documentation, such as contracts, offer letters, and employment updates. Provide administrative support for payroll processes. Appraisals and Check-ins: Coordinate regular employee appraisals and check-ins, ensuring timely scheduling and follow-up. Support managers in preparing for appraisals by providing necessary documentation and guidance. Track completion of appraisals and follow through on agreed actions.
