Driver Partner Experience Executive

Your role at Veezu:
As a Driver Partner Experience Executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day interaction with Driver Partners, providing a high-quality service to all Driver Partners operating with us throughout the region.

You will work a set shift pattern of:

Monday to Friday – 9:00am till 5:30pm

What you’ll do:

You will focus on the Driver Partners operating under the Veezu brand. Based in Cambridge, you will be the focal point of contact for Driver Partners, taking care of the administrative tasks related to the set-up, general assistance, and disengagement of Driver Partners, always complying with local authority licensing requirements and interacting with the Veezu Services Team via the Driver Partner Portal, as necessary.

1. Have strong IT skills and be happy to embrace new systems.
2. Possess strong written & verbal communication skills.
3. Go above and beyond for the Driver Partners.
4. Be adaptable with good initiative to support a range of queries from Driver Partners.

Where you’ll be:

• This role will be based out of our Cambridge Hub.
• This role will be fully onsite.
