The Veterinary Referral Concierge is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience from the moment a referral is received until the patient is discharged back to the referring veterinary practice.
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, the Concierge provides personalised support, clear communication and compassionate guidance throughout the referral journey.
The role combines outstanding customer service with excellent organisational skills, ensuring appointments, admissions, communications and follow-up care are coordinated efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and empathy.
