We quickly identify individuals who are keen to progress and will provide them with the necessary training and experience to do so. We are an award-winning family run business where you are a name, not a number. We continue to grow and now have over 40 salons around the country. We are looking for experienced, customer focused, friendly trainees who have a genuine enthusiasm for pets to join our salons. We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Stylist within our Dogwood salon based in Haywards Heath, covering Lewes and Uckfield.
Responsibilities of a Trainee Stylist:
- Demonstrating a hands-on approach to train to Dogwood's high standards.
- Supporting your stylist in preparing the dogs ready for their groom.
- Responsible for the sales performance of the salon.
- Booking and managing appointments.
- Delivering high standards of customer service.
- Going ‘the extra mile’ for every customer.
- Ensuring first class spa presentation by our high level of housekeeping and maintenance of equipment.
- Completing a Grooming portfolio to track your training and progress.
