What You’ll Do
Be the first point of contact via live chat, phone, email, and social platforms
Help customers register and place orders, manage deliveries, and resolve issues
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to arrange returns, replacements, or repairs
Accurately maintain service records and provide timely updates to customers
Meet and exceed KPIs while delivering thoughtful, first-contact resolutions
What You’ll Bring
