The Role:

We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Events Executive to bring our Pet Division brands to life. You’ll manage social media across B2C (TikTok, Instagram and YouTube) as well as B2B (LinkedIn) channels, create engaging content, manage our digital communities and support events and activations that connect our brands with pet lovers and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for B2C and B2B channels.
  • Create compelling, on-brand content for our own-label and licensed pet brands.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activity, including community engagement and trend monitoring.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support events and activations, from concept to delivery, ensuring brand impact.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Track, analyse, and report on social media and event performance, using insights to optimise future activity.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, best practices, and pet industry developments.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Passion for animals, especially dogs, cats and horses is ESSENTIAL!
  • Experience managing social media accounts for B2C brands, with strong TikTok, YouTube and Instagram skills.
  • Experience supporting events and activations, including planning and logistics.
  • Understanding of B2B social media.
  • Creative thinker with excellent written and visual storytelling skills.
  • Confident using analytics to optimise social and event performance.
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
