Pestokill mainly looks after commercial premises who want to prevent pests from getting in their buildings, at their products or alarming staff or visitors. The customer interaction and positive approach toward problem solving and doing a thorough inspection are vital for this role. We are looking for individuals who want to be successful and have great work ethics.

We will provide a company vehicle, uniform, communication tools and all associated costs for business use. In return we are looking for consistent attendance and a willingness to learn and develop your skills. Training is part of the culture at Pestokill and if you are not already trained we will put you forward for the BPCA exam at the earliest opportunity. If you are already qualified you will be added to our HUB for continuous professional development. Full training will be provided although past experience in a similar role will be beneficial.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week and a weekend on call rota is in place. Pests don\\\'t know that we are 8.30 to 5 and therefore flexibility to eliminate our clients pest problems when they need us is essential. You will be supported with your regional team and central operations, although on most days you will be working alone. There is potential for progression once you have demonstrated the desire and qualities that our business needs. In addition to the salary there are performance bonuses, periodic overtime and lead generation commission which can increase your pay by £600 to £5000 per annum. You will work as part of a 5 man team, visiting 6 to 12 clients per day of varying size and requirements. We will keep your service round as close to your home as possible, typically within a 30 mile radius, however periodically you may need to work in other areas to support our UK network of Clients.

  • Coordinate with regional team and central operations to deliver pest control services.
  • Support progression and development through training and BPCA exams where applicable.
  • Visit 6 to 12 clients per day with varying sizes and requirements.
