Pesto is building an AI-first operating platform for food and drink brands. We seek a founding Customer & Operations Manager to own the onboarding of new brands, get integrations live, and ensure customers gain real value from the platform.
You’ll shape onboarding, support, and customer success as we scale, while collaborating closely with the COO and CTO on product direction. You’ll be instrumental in customer demos, renewals, and developing AI-driven workflows to speed up operations.
