Job Vacancy: Pest Control Technician in Kent Due to an increase in our contract portfolio and call outs, we are looking for a another technician to join our professional team. We are a Maidstone based Pest Control Company operating in the Kent area. We are offering a local role which means you are working in your local area. As a technician with Pest-Tech Ltd, we pride ourselves on giving our technicians the time to carry out the work and deal with route cause, to that end our average workload is 6 to 8 jobs a day with a mixture of commercial contracts and domestic callouts. It’s important that the customer gets the service they pay for so you will be expected to deliver expert advice, knowledge and services to meet these expectations. In order for you to deliver the best service it’s important to us that you have been given the information to do your best so as part of the onboarding process we dig down into your skills so we can identify development needs to ensure you have the skills to do the job. This includes drain course, IPAF and many more. As a growing business in the area, we can offer great variety in jobs, with a large portfolio of bespoke contracts, property and building manager and a selection of rental market managers. We carry out all types of bird proofing, wildlife management and honeybee removal on top of the usual pest control treatments. Vacancy for a qualified and experienced Pest Control Technician We are looking for a full time Pest Control Technician to join our successful and busy company. You must be qualified as a minimum to RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management. Ideally you will have a year’s experience and live in Kent. What we can offer you: We want a technician that we can invest in and develop your skills. Salary is negotiable dependent on experience. Uncapped commission and overtime available if wanted. It is an 8.30am to 5pm working day, so a great opportunity for work life balance. 28 days holiday per annum, this includes Bank Holidays Great development opportunities.
