We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Pest Proofing Project Manager to join our growing team. The Role

As a Pest Proofing Project Manager, you'll be responsible for surveying properties, identifying pest ingress risks, designing effective proofing solutions, and managing projects from quotation through to completion. You'll work with a wide range of commercial and residential customers, providing expert advice and practical recommendations that deliver long-term pest prevention. Alongside project delivery, you'll play a key role in generating new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and helping expand our pest proofing services. This is a highly visible role that combines technical knowledge, customer engagement, sales, and project management.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience within the pest control industry with strong pest proofing knowledge.
  • Experience with Bird Control.
  • Excellent understanding of proofing techniques, materials, and long-term pest prevention methods.
  • Strong knowledge of building construction and common pest ingress points.
  • Experience conducting site surveys and producing customer recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the service area.

  • Previous project management experience.
  • Experience within business development, sales, account management, or consultancy roles.
  • Industry-recognised pest control qualifications.
  • Experience using CRM systems and project management software.
