- Lead business and system requirements gathering with Finance, IT and senior business stakeholders.
- Provide specialist SAP Funds Management (FM) and Grants Management (GM) expertise.
- Support the design of donor funds, grant life cycles, budgetary control and associated finance processes.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, validate requirements and define target-state SAP processes.
- Work with solution architects on integrations, interfaces and technical requirements.
- Contribute to the ERP roadmap, functional blueprint and systems integrator RFP.
Strong hands-on SAP configuration experience, with deep expertise in SAP Funds Management and Grants Management. - Finance transformation and business analysis experience.
- Understanding of donor funds, grant life cycle processes, budgetary control and Finance integration.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience translating business requirements into functional designs, controls and test scenarios. Experience with SAP FI/CO, Project Systems, Public Sector Management and S/4HANA transformation is highly relevant.
