Full time - Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm. Your main role is to provide administrative support in the office and assist the Senior Office Administrator with the day-to-day running of the office. You must be able to work on your own initiative and provide cover in the absence of the Senior Office Administrator. You must have proven experience as an Administrator and be proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience using Sage is an advantage.

Your tasks will include the following:

  • Data Entry
  • Travel arrangements – Booking flights, ferries, taxis etc. and applying for visas
  • Maintaining Office Equipment
  • Answering the phone
  • All aspects of Sales Order Processing and Stock Control using Sage 1000
  • Liaising with transport companies
  • Arranging Imports / Exports
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Franking post
  • Credit card transactions
  • Purchase orders

22 days holiday, plus bank holidays. Pension. Discretionary yearly bonus.
