- * Has some experience of working with children with specialeducational needs.

- * Has a sense of humour, is approachable and sensitive tothe needs of others
- * Committed to the needs of the child, parents and otherstakeholders
- * Is flexible and adaptable to change
- *Acts with pace and urgency by being energetic, enthusiasticand decisive
- *Is resilient and understanding of children with specialeducational needs
