We are trialling a new minibus fleet to provide home-to-school transport across several locations. As a Regular Route Driver, you will be responsible for transporting children safely to and from school, ensuring a positive experience for all passengers.You will achieve this by:
- Driving a designated school route in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all passengers
- Building positive relationships with students, parents, and school staff
- Managing delays due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances (additional time paid pro-rata)
- Participating in mandatory training and route familiarisation
What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?
- A valid D1 driving license (Full D1 preferred; D1 (101) pre-1997 accepted)
- Commitment to working all term days (both morning and afternoon runs)
- Strong customer service skills and a caring attitude towards young passenger
- A flexible, reliable, and safety-conscious approach to driving
- No requirement for a CPC qualification
