We are recruiting Support Workers in Wales and England. We have opportunities in: Swansea, Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire, Powys, Nottinghamshire, Shropshire.

The people we work with rely on their team to give them just enough support to be able to get the most out of life. This means being able to run their own home, look after themselves and get fully involved in what’s going on in their local area.

We can’t list all of the different goals people have and the kind of help they need to achieve them, so we thought we’d ask you this question: What could you bring?

Here’s the good news, you don’t need any prior experience to be a Support Worker at Perthyn! We provide a great standard of training so you’ll be well prepared with all the skills you’ll need. If you have any special skills or interesting hobbies to bring, then even better.

If you want a full-time job that’s fine but we can offer part-time roles which could work if you’re semi-retired or at college.

How much we pay:

  • Standard rate Salary: £13.45 per hour
  • Sleep-in rate: £60.00 per night
  • Enhanced rate Salary: £14.45 per hour
  • Sleep-in rate: £60.00 per night

Please note: This rate is paid at a small number of locations to reflect the more complex needs of the people who live there.
