Perthyn is a large not-for-profit charity who provide support to people with learning disabilities in England and Wales. We deliver person-centred services, encouraging individuals to live as independently as possible within their home and community.

The Role
In this role, you will support individuals to develop skills in aspects of daily living such as cooking, cleaning and shopping. You will also help people to engage in work, social and leisure activities in the community, which might include going out to the cinema, theatre, beach, sporting activities, shopping or hobbies like arts & crafts. Your manager will work alongside you to help develop your practice, gain an understanding of each individual you work with, and create positive person centred solutions which enable individuals to live fulfilled day to day lives.
