We have a vacancy for a Business Assistant at Perth High School. Perth High School is a large comprehensive, drawing pupils from a mix of Perth City and rural Perthshire. Working as part of our Business Support team, you will work in the office providing whole school administrative support.
Skills & Experience Required
- Knowledge & Experience
- Reception skills experience.
- ICT experience in use of Microsoft Office packages.
- A good standard of education.
- Customer Care
- Experience of working with the public and excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrate you can work both individually and as a member of a team.
- Ability to deal with challenging situations in a sensitive manner.
- Health & Safety
- Have an awareness of basic Health and Safety issues.
- Provide Emergency First Aid support (training will be provided).
- Required to administer first aid (training will be provided).
