We have a vacancy for a Teacher of Geography to cover maternity leave for up to 1 year at Bertha Park High School.

As the successful candidate, you must demonstrate the ability to motivate and engage with young people and show that they fully understand the values and principles of a Curriculum for Excellence and the Senior Phase.

Skills & Experience Required

The successful candidate will be a creative and resourceful individual with the ability to challenge traditional teaching practices as we seek to develop the department in a technology-rich environment.

Ideally experienced in a variety of digital learning resources, you will be able to enhance the learning experience of pupils through the development of engaging activities which enthuse those in your classroom, developing scientifically literate pupils who will confidently take the subject into the Senior Phase.
