Social Care Modern Apprentice (Fixed Term until 27 December 2026) - £23,650

Perth & Kinross Council is committed to assisting young people within the local area by providing the opportunity to gain skills and knowledge of work through our Modern Apprentice Programme.

We have an exciting opportunity within the Perth & Kinross Health and Social Care Partnership, within Strathmore and Blairgowrie Day Opportunities which is based in Jessie Street, Blairgowrie. The opportunity to become a Modern Apprentice and to work in social care will see you being given induction and training in all aspects of community care work across the Perth & Kinross Health and Social Care Partnership.

There will be a requirement for you to work alongside the current teams to provide the best outcomes for individuals in both older adults and learning disabilities services. You will need to be prepared to do your SVQ2 in Health & Social Care while you are working in the team.
