Main Purpose of the Role

We currently have the following opportunity: Pupil Support Assistant (Fixed Term until 16 August 2026) - PKC13447 £11,171 - £11,774 (18.00 hours per week, term-time only) Robert Douglas Memorial Primary School.
This role provides a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team at Robert Douglas Memorial (RDM) where we are committed to creating an ethos of inclusion. The main responsibilities of the post are varied and include working as part of our team to support individuals and groups of children to access a curriculum which meets their individual needs.
We are looking to appoint a nurturing and committed person to join our large welcoming team. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate flexibility in approaches to meet a range of learner needs. You will be able to develop positive and effective relationships with the children and our wider staff team which enables them to find creative ways to meet the individual needs of our learners. You will be committed to continually enhancing knowledge and skills through working collegiately and through CPD. The ability to work independently and as part of the team is essential.
The successful candidate will join a dedicated team at RDM who are committed to providing an excellent education for all young people and promote an ethos of inclusion.
