We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and committed Primary Support Worker to join our team at Ruthvenfield Primary School. In this rewarding role, you will make a real difference to children's experiences by providing high-quality support, particularly for pupils with Additional Support Needs. You will work closely with staff, parents and partners to support children to engage successfully in their learning through our nurturing and restorative approach. You will help create a positive, inclusive learning environment and use a range of strategies to meet individual needs in a kind, patient and caring manner. You will work collaboratively as part of our team, contributing to planning and reviewing support to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and will carry out your duties in line with local and national guidance, school policies and under the direction of the Head Teacher.
