Main Purpose of the Role

This role involves supporting individual pupils or small groups over the lunchtime period. This will require the post holder to support with eating and drinking, promote independence and follow and develop hygiene practices. The post holder will be able to model a range of skills to our pupils to enhance their lunchtime experience. After lunch there may be some time required to support the development of play skills in the playground.

Skills & Experience Required

  • You will have a willingness to model and promote our Fairview values.
  • You will understand a low arousal approach and be compassionate and respectful to our pupils.
  • Patience and good team working would be essential.

Full training will be provided on any essential skills required along with induction training.
