Main Purpose of the Role

We currently have the following opportunity: Teacher of Modern Languages (Fixed Term until 16 August 2026) - PKC13465 £34,938 - £52,614 Kinross High School. This post is fixed term to cover a secondment for the remainder of the academic year.

Our preferred candidate will be dual qualified to teach French and Spanish. As a teacher of Modern Languages at Kinross High School you will be joining an inclusive, successful and experienced team of staff who teach French, Spanish, German and Mandarin at all levels. Young people choosing to continue languages beyond BGE achieve excellent results, and as a member of the team, you will help ensure that young people continue to achieve at the highest possible level.

A confirmed offer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to the outcome of the above mentioned mandatory pre-employment checks (including references) and will also include eligibility to work in the UK, qualifications and fitness to undertake the post.
