We currently have the following opportunity: Campus Management Assistant - PKC13742 ÂŁ23,258 - ÂŁ24,502 (31 Hours per week) Strathearn Community Campus, Crieff.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Campus Business Management Team to provide comprehensive and high quality administrative support to staff, pupils and parents/carers of Crieff High School, along with reception support to customers of campus partners, including Live Active Leisure and Culture Perth & Kinross. We require a flexible, organised, enthusiastic, and confident individual to join our team. As a busy community facility we are open evenings and weekends making shift work a key aspect of this role. The varied events that take place at the campus provide a wide range of experiences and opportunities for our team members to get involved in.
Working in a multi-service office environment, you will intercept calls and receive visitors on behalf of all campus partners. You will use a wide range of management information systems to carry out your duties including, but not exclusively, SEEMiS for school pupil records and MRM for campus bookings and point of sale transactions. A key requirement of the role is cash handling and working in accordance to financial processes.
Skills & Experience Required
- You must be able to work under pressure to manage conflicting demands, sometimes within tight timescales.
- Absolute confidentiality and discretion must be maintained at all times, especially when dealing with personal, financial or sensitive information.
- You must have great communication and organisational skills and have the ability to deal with confidential information appropriately under GDPR.
- The successful candidate will ideally possess:
- Previous experience of working in a busy administrative environment including reception experience.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with ability to communicate to a range of different audiences.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of working with MS Office (Office 365).
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Ability to resolve and respond independently to a variety of queries and situations.
- Excellent typing/word processing skills (including detailed minute taking).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team when necessary.
