The successful applicant will take up post on Monday 17 August 2026. Perth Grammar School is seeking an inspiring and future‑focused Principal Teacher of Business & Computing to lead a dynamic, forward‑thinking faculty and drive digital innovation across the school. This is a key leadership role with a whole‑school remit for shaping digital learning—ideal for a leader who thrives on creativity, collaboration, and transformational change.
This is more than a faculty leadership post. It is an opportunity to influence the digital, computing and business experiences of young people across Perth Grammar School and help prepare learners for the opportunities of an evolving, technology‑driven world.
As Principal Teacher, you will:
- Provide clear strategic direction and embody the values of the GTCS Standard for Leadership and Management.
- Lead high‑quality learning, teaching, and assessment across Business and Computing.
- Champion digital learning across the school, working with colleagues to design engaging learning experiences.
- Use evidence and data to raise attainment and ensure equity.
- Support and develop staff, building leadership capacity and fostering a collaborative, innovative culture.
- Oversee the effective management of faculty resources and digital technologies.
Our learners engage with a modern, future‑focused curriculum including Digital Media, Web Applications, Computing, Business Management, and the Business Skills Foundation Apprenticeship. You’ll lead a team committed to innovation, digital literacy, creativity, and ensuring high aspirations for every learner.
