Work Planner & Administrator
Pertemps are seeking a proactive and organised Work Planner & Administrator to join our client’s busy service team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling annual and ad-hoc maintenance, as well as coordinating urgent call-outs and alarm responses.
Main duties of this Work Planner & Administrator role
- Plan and schedule annual and ad-hoc maintenance activities.
- Arrange and coordinate urgent call-outs and alarm responses.
- Communicate effectively with service teams, suppliers, and the public.
- Maintain accurate records of planned and completed work.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
- Monitor workloads and resources to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Support the team with administrative duties as required.
- Escalate issues or conflicts to management promptly.
- Assist in reporting and tracking performance metrics.
