My client is a long-established commercial refrigeration specialist looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Service Engineer to strengthen our service team. This is a key role within the business, offering stability, technical challenge, and strong support. This position is suited to a commercial refrigeration engineer with strong fault-finding ability and experience working on complex refrigeration systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive breakdowns and fault diagnosis
- Servicing of commercial refrigeration systems
- Main area of coverage working across the East Midlands
Essential Experience & Qualifications
- Strong experience with multi-compressor packs
- RDM controls knowledge essential
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in commercial refrigeration
- F-Gas certified (CO₂ experience desirable)
- Confident working independently on service and diagnostics
Package & Benefits
- £38,000 – £40,000 basic salary (some flexibility for right candidate)
- Door-to-door travel (40-hour week)
