Pertemps Wolverhampton are recruiting on behalf of a local facilities provider for reliable and committed DBS Cleaners. This role is based within the education sector, working across primary and secondary schools in Wolverhampton. A Fully Enhanced DBS is essential due to the nature of the environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning classrooms, hallways, bathrooms, staff rooms, and office areas
- Emptying bins and ensuring all areas are kept clean and tidy
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and general sanitisation
- Replenishing supplies such as hand soap and paper products
- Following cleaning schedules and site‑specific instructions
- Maintaining high hygiene standards at all times
- Adhering to health and safety procedures within school environments
Skills & Experience Required
- A Fully Enhanced DBS issued within the last 12 months (or on the update service) – essential
- Previous cleaning experience preferred, ideally in schools or commercial settings
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliability and excellent timekeeping
- Ability to commit to morning (6am) or afternoon (3pm) shifts Monday to Friday
