What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the main point of contact for business clients
- Managing customer orders, enquiries, and accounts
- Liaising with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
- Providing timely and professional solutions to customer issues
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in company systems
- Building strong, long-term client relationships

What We’re Looking For
