We are currently recruiting for an experienced Laser Programmer to join our team on a permanent, day-shift basis at a fantastic Tipton facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled programmer to work in a stable, growing manufacturing environment.
The Role
- Programming and operating laser cutting machinery
- Producing programs from engineering drawings
- Optimising cutting paths to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Working closely with production and engineering teams
- Ensuring quality standards and health & safety procedures are followed
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Laser Programmer (metal processing preferred)
- Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Experience with nesting and programming software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
