Our client based in Milton Keynes is currently looking for experienced Multidrop van drivers to join their team initially on an ongoing basis with the view to a temp to perm placement for the right driver.
The Role
- Your role as a 3.5 Tonne Van Driver will be to provide a delivery service of on average of 1-8 drops per day.
- 1-8 multidrop deliveries per day.
- Loading your own van (Small light weight items that have been picked for you).
- Providing excellent customer service at each delivery point.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the delivery van.
- Adhering to all road safety regulations and company policies.
- Completing delivery paperwork and using electronic devices for delivery confirmations.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 months previous van multidrop experience.
- Valid UK driving licence (Category B).
- Good knowledge of local and regional road networks.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
