Factory Operatives required in Tewkesbury, working within a factory environment. Monday to Friday, rotating shifts (06:30–14:30 / 14:30–22:30), paying £12.21 per hour, with a temp-to-perm opportunity.

The RoleAs a Warehouse Operative, you will be working within a busy factory environment supporting a range of production processes. The roles are varied and will involve operating automated lines and/or advanced machinery while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Working on an automated/automotive production line
- Operating and assisting with high-tech equipment, including CNC machines and laser imaging machinery
- Running and monitoring production lines to ensure smooth operation
- Handling components and materials within a factory environment
- Working safely around chemicals, following strict health & safety procedures
- Carrying out quality checks and addressing basic production issues
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a production environment. Previous factory or manufacturing experience is essential.
