Location: Hybrid (mix of remote and in-office work in Alcester) Contract Duration: 4 weeks minimum Hourly Rate: £17 – £19 per hour Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for Employee Relations? We are looking for a Temporary Employee Relations Advisor to join our team and provide expert support for a 4-week assignment. Key Responsibilities: Provide advice and support on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues Support managers in the handling of investigations, hearings, and outcomes Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures Ensure compliance with employment law and best practices Manage employee queries and provide general HR support as required Maintain accurate records of all ER casework and correspondenceWhat We\’re Looking For: Proven experience in Employee Relations or a similar HR advisory role Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work under pressure CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred, but not essentialWhat We Offer: Hybrid working: flexibility to work from home and in the office Competitive hourly rate of £17 – £19 per hour Opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic, supportive environment A chance to work with an experienced HR team on a variety of casesInterested?
