Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain drop forging hammers, ensuring heated metal is shaped accurately into dies to meet precise specifications.
- Perform metal stamping operations using punch and die tools to cut, form, or emboss components with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle various ferrous and non-ferrous metals according to job requirements.
- Work from technical drawings and specifications.
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality control in line with aerospace and automotive industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Essential Experience:
- Proven experience in a foundry environment, particularly in drop forging and stamping operations.
