We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a portfolio of complex planned projects on our water treatment works. You’ll lead projects from the start – engaging with procurement, engineering and other functions, then work closely with your team of Project Managers, contractors and internal teams to drive performance. This role demands a flexible, proactive, hands-on leader with the determination and enthusiasm to make a real impact. You’ll champion health, safety, and environmental excellence while delivering outstanding results for local communities.
What you’ll be doing as a Senior Project Manager
Location: Hybrid – 2 days a week at Thames Water site, ideally with access to North London and the flexibility to travel within London.
Working Hours: 36 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
Salary: £67,000 to £88,000 per annum depending on experience + £5,800 car allowance.
