We are working with a dynamic civil engineering firm based in the heart of London, focused on large-scale building, drainage, and highway projects. They are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join their growing team and contribute to exciting, high-value developments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead design and engineering for below-ground drainage and highway infrastructure on a variety of building and land development projects.
- Work on projects ranging from £10M to £100M in construction value, including residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
- Provide technical guidance on complex civil engineering challenges, from land development to multi-unit residential projects (e.g., 50–300 unit apartment blocks).
- Collaborate with architects, planners, and construction teams to ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in Civil 3D – this will be your primary tool.
- Proficiency with Flow/Costway and AutoCAD.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale building and industrial projects.
- Background in land development or desire to expand into residential and mixed-use development projects.
