The Role

As an SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll be supporting a student with ADHD on a 1:1 basis, helping them focus in lessons, manage transitions, and stay positively engaged throughout the school day. You will adapt resources, implement behaviour strategies, and provide structure and consistency in line with the SENCO’s plan. Your support will help reduce classroom anxiety and promote academic progress.
