We are recruiting for an experienced Quality Assurance Officer to work in a Team in Rochdale Council. You will need experience in a similar Local Authority role.
Provide a proactive approach to quality assurance in order to enrich and ensure high quality of practice working with children and their families. You will work closely with the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure the implementation and delivery of the Quality Assurance Framework through an agreed programme of audit and quality assurance activity across Children's Services.
You will play a role in improving practice working with the Quality Assurance Manager across the service, assisting with workshops, to encourage practice developments that emerge from auditing.
As a Social Worker, you must be/have:
- A qualified Social Worker, Degree in relevant profession with evidence of post qualifying learning and development
- Social Work England registered
- Evidence of previous experience of Quality Assurance activity.
- The legal right to work in the UK
