What You’ll Be Doing:
- Diagnose & Repair: Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve hardware and software faults. Carry out component-level repairs, including soldering.
- Maintenance: Clean, adjust, and maintain mechanical components. Refill consumables and perform routine checks.
- Install & Configure: Set up and configure software and hardware products as required.
- Test & Validate: Ensure all repaired and new assemblies meet technical and quality standards.
- Document Work: Accurately record repair activities, parts used, and issues identified.
- Customer Support: Provide technical support and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Desirable Experience: Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electronic components, and the ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with diagnostic and measurement tools, and soldering equipment is a plus.
- Qualifications: A high school diploma is required; vocational training or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, good organisation, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Driving Licence: May be required for field-based roles.
