Responsibilities

  • Execute all regular purchasing duties and associated administrative processes with accuracy and professionalism
  • Ensure a constant supply of high-quality goods and services
  • Source, select, and negotiate the best purchase packages in terms of quality, price, delivery, and service with suppliers
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Implement and manage third-party logistics
  • Provide regular feedback on Approved Vendor performance
  • Occasional travel as required
  • Undertake other tasks relevant to the role as needed

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

  • Previous purchasing experience

Desirable:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Confidence with Microsoft Excel
