Senior Property Consultant (Sales)
Location: Portishead
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:45am – 6:00pm
1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00am – 4:00pm (with a day off in lieu)
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive basic salary: £26,000 – £28,000
- OTE: £35,000 – £38,000 plus incentives and commission

The Role
We are looking for a driven and passionate Senior Property Consultant to join our busy sales team in Portishead. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and is motivated to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Proactively register applicants, follow up on leads from our website and portals, and canvass for new instructions.
- Valuations & Listings: Conduct property valuations and list homes for sale, ensuring high-quality marketing presentations.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, arrange and conduct property viewings, and provide constructive feedback.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties.
- Sales Progression: Oversee the sales process from offer acceptance to completion, liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other agents.
Skills & Experience
- Proven Experience: Previous experience in property sales or a related role is essential.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Business Acumen: Commercially aware, with the ability to spot and capitalise on opportunities in the local market.
- Tech-Savvy: Confident with IT systems and open to adopting new technologies to improve efficiency.
- Social Media Skills: A good understanding of social media platforms to help drive business engagement.
