Production Supervisor – Food Manufacturing
Location:Evesham, WR11
Possible Working Hours:
- AM Shift
- PM Shift
Pay Rate:
- Starting from £13.63 per hour (reviewed after 12 weeks)
- £20.45 per hour – Overtime after 40 hours
- £27.26 per hour – Weekend overtime and bank holidays

About the Role

As aProduction Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations on the production floor. You’ll lead a team of up to 30 staff, ensuring that daily targets are met while upholding the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and safety. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production operations across multiple shifts
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of up to 30 production staff
- Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet targets
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
- Conduct daily team briefings and performance reviews
- Train and mentor new and existing staff to ensure skill development
- Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimisedowntime
- Maintain accurate records of production output, staff attendance, and incidents
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure smooth operations
- Support machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting as needed
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role
- Proven background in food production or manufacturing
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Ilpra Tray Sealer
- PFM Bagging Machine
- MBP Multi-Head weigher
- Groba Cutting Machine
