Production & Installation Operative (Full Training Provided)
Location: Northampton (office-based) + travel across Northants, Beds, Leics, Warks, Oxon, Herts, Bucks, Cambs, and occasionally across the UK
Salary:
Year 1: £12.98 per hour (£27,000 per annum)
Year 2: £13.46 per hour (£28,000 per annum)
Salary review after Year 2 based on training progression
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Overtime: Paid at time and a half (1.5x hourly rate)
Holiday: 31 days (including bank holidays and paid Christmas closure)
Requirement: Full UK driving licence
