Overview: Head of Trusts & Estates, Stoke-on-Trent, £70,000+ (DOE) - Are you an experienced Trusts & Estates Solicitor ready to take that next step in your career?
Responsibilities:
- You will lead, support, and mentor talented Trusts & Estates teams across three regional offices.
- Manage a diverse, high-quality caseload of wills, trusts, estates, and complex private client matters.
- Drive strategy, business development, and client engagement across the region.
- Identify training and development needs to help colleagues grow and perform at their best.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the department’s direction and long-term vision.
- Deliver efficient, proactive, and empathetic service to clients with professionalism and care.
Qualifications:
- Applications are sought from Solicitors or Legal Executives with extensive Trusts & Estates experience looking for a new challenge.
- You will have in-depth expertise in estate administration, inheritance tax, trust & estate taxation, complex wills, deeds of variation, and powers of attorney.
- It is essential that you have excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
