The role involves managing customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring service level agreements are met and each issue is followed through to resolution. You’ll provide clear updates, accurate information, and a professional customer experience from first contact to close.
Key responsibilities:- Handling a high volume of inbound calls and emails
- Responding to emails within one hour
- Accurately logging customer and equipment details
- Coordinating engineer attendance in line with SLAs
- Making follow-up calls to keep customers informed
- Managing complaints and resolving issues where possible
- Passing sales enquiries to the relevant teams
