Pertemps Social Care is currently recruiting for a qualified Occupational Therapist to join the Independent Living Service in Wolverhampton. This locum role is ideal for a field-based OT with experience in aids and adaptations, looking to make a meaningful impact in just one day a week.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out OT assessments for individuals with complex health and social care needs
- Recommend and coordinate the provision of appropriate equipment and home adaptations
