Role Overview
Pertemps are recruiting an experienced Social Care Occupational Therapist for a frontline, community-based role in Derby City. The successful candidate will complete assessments and support planning to promote independence and safe outcomes for adults within the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake frontline Occupational Therapy assessments
- Complete assessment and support planning within Adult Social Care
- Work with individuals in the community to promote independence
- Apply professional judgement in line with relevant legislation and best practice
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies
Essential Requirements
- HCPC registration
- Experience working as a Social Care Occupational Therapist
- Strong assessment and support planning skills
- Community-based Adult Social Care experience
- Full UK driving licence and business insurance
